Membership allows you to:
- Attend the monthly meeting, held on the first Tuesday of every month, except August. See Monthly Meetings. (An entry fee of £2.00 is charged to help towards the cost of venue hire and refreshments.)
- Take part in any number of interest groups subject to vacancies
- Get to know local people
- Start a new group to cover your interests

- An informative monthly Newsletter produced by Dartford u3a, sent out by email. (If members wish to receive a printed copy of the newsletter, there is a charge of £20 pa to cover the cost of printing and postage)
- "u3a matters" magazine mailed to your address 5 times a year – produced professionally by The Third Age Trust
- Access to online learning resources, courses and learning events free via the Trust
Membership Fee
Our renewal date is now 1st January each year. The fee for 1 Jan - 31 Dec 2026 is £16.00.
For members without email who wish to receive the newsletter, there is an additional charge to cover additional costs associated with printing and posting the newsletter. For 2026, this charge is £20.
